The Louisville Entrepreneurship Acceleration Partnership (LEAP) recently revealed its next phase and the launch of a new effort that is known to offer extended support for local and regional healthcare founders and startups.
LEAP emphases on conveying this to address the issues of promising healthcare arrangements, whereas a new effort, Amplify Louisville, is said to reinforce the all-inclusive pioneering environment.
University of Louisville’s Office of Research and Innovation, and the Louisville Healthcare CEO Council (LHCC) will lead the LEAP, now called Louisville Entrepreneurship Acceleration Programs. LEAP will provide the users with resources such as networking events, educational series, and mentorship opportunities customized for healthcare agencies operating at different stages.
Tammy York Day, President and CEO of LHCC, says, “When we launched LEAP, our vision was to grow and support Louisville’s entrepreneurial ecosystem in new, bigger, and better ways. This next stage of growth is part of that vision. LEAP and Amplify are doubling down on these efforts, creating more resources to better serve Louisville’s startup ecosystem.”
In addition, the sustained expansion of LHCC’s lately proclaimed Corporate Innovation Center, alongside entrepreneurial agendas for healthcare organizations, including the recently shaped Chairman’s Circle, a troop of top-level healthcare executives offering mentorship for industrialists, are comprised in the LEAP efforts.
Other efforts are told to embrace LHCC’s subsequent yearly health-tech startup pitch competition, CareTech2.0, and UofL’s entrepreneurs-in-residence program where changing qualified originators work to commercialize university tools and technologies. Here, CareTech will give a worldwide call for developments tending to societal causes of wellbeing this week.
Executive Director, Larry Horn will be driving Amplify and centers around wide-ranging ecosystem advance endeavors, conveying varied programming, access to clientele, inclination, and venture for the non-industry explicit tech-empowered firms in the network.
