These features allow brokers to interact with their clients whenever and wherever they want on any device. In November 2021, the insurtech company offered the platform for free to all brokerages.
Another technological solution Trufla offers brokerages is truScore, a digital sales funnel assessment tool to drive growth. The company uses data from several of its proprietary tools to show brokerages where they can improve leads and sales in their business. The digital aptitude and competitive analysis include looking at 40 data points, including the client’s website speed, accessibility, and SEO strength. Depending on their needs, a brokerage can choose from truScore Lite or a subscription.
Trufla is not only growing in product development and bringing innovation to the forefront, but it is also expanding its staff. The company has operations worldwide and works with four of the top 10 brokerages globally to deliver its technological solutions. They have formed several agile teams, including a growing satellite office in Cairo, Egypt. So, it’s no surprise the company’s staff includes 100 developers and a support team that produces powerful insurance tools for distribution globally.
