Tyler Technologies, Inc. (TYL) stated today that a pair of its data platforms, entellitrak, and Socrata Connected Government Cloud, are placed on the United Kingdom’s G-Cloud 11 Digital Marketplace.
G-Cloud serves as a central marketplace — related to an app store — for public sector corporations and governments to acquire cloud-based software and solutions. It also confirms that software and assistance in the marketplace are committed to service providers; for instance, suppliers on the list have met more rigorous requirements for cybersecurity.
“Tyler is assigned to transforming the public sector to work more efficiently and productively for the people it assists,” stated Bruce Graham, chief strategy officer of Tyler Technologies. “We do this by producing data more available and more actionable. The G-Cloud Marketplace presents fair and transparent procurement plans for organizations in the U.K. to use data to create a more reliable, smarter, and more energetic communities.”
Tyler’s Socrata solution empowers government organizations to connect and modify siloed data into actionable insights. Socrata users combine the West Sussex County Council and the Camden Council in the U.K., as well as many of the most comprehensive states, cities, and federal agencies in the U.S. and abroad.
“Tyler’s Socrata explication helps governments operate more value and use from their data,” stated Franklin Williams, president of Tyler’s Data & Insights Division. “We are happy to extend this technology to central governments, local councils, and other public sector establishments across the U.K. through G-Cloud.”
Entellitrak is a low code application development program for business process management and case management. Designed by Tyler Technologies’ subsidiary, MicroPact, it unites public sector casework through a Data-First passageway. MicroPact products assist 49 U.S. states and 97 percent of federal agencies with 500 or more workers, including the U.S. Department of the Treasury, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Social Security Administration, and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
“The entellitrak program was built especially to give government agencies the expertise to track, collaborate, and communicate on the data that drives operations ahead,” stated Kris Collo, president of MicroPact, a wholly-owned subsidiary, procured by Tyler on February 2019. “It is interesting to know that this same capability will be possible to U.K. agencies now that entellitrak is incorporated in G-Cloud.”
